Post-Revenue Bridge
A bridge has two sides
The Post-Revenue Bridge connects proven innovation with the providers and systems ready to adopt it, and takes the risk down for both sides. Find your side below.

Built for companies ready to scale
For revenue-generating companies with products already on the market, and clear development and commercialization goals. We focus on innovative health-tech with pediatric, geriatric and long-term-care applications.
We work with established companies ready to scale into the health system. We pair your product-development and commercialization goals with the real needs of clinical care, drawing on CORE's deep relationships across the 8-80 network, then execute a tailored project with excellence.
Go-To-Market Commercialization (GTMC)
Our core engagement for companies on this side of the bridge is Go-To-Market Commercialization (GTMC), structured in two phases:
Phase 1: Scoping & project definition
We map your goals and confirm fit before any heavy lifting: a strong match with the clinical realities and capabilities of the institutions in our network, and an internal champion ready to engage. Then we build a project plan with a clear workplan, timeline, budget and deliverables.
- Preliminary product-market-fit assessment (unique value and workflow feasibility in real clinical settings)
- Preliminary business-model feasibility (a plausible procurement pathway)
- Structured feedback from relevant internal stakeholders
- A detailed proposal of one or more discrete projects
- Cost
- There may be a modest fee depending on scope and the stakeholder effort required, agreed before work begins.
- Typical timeline
- 1 to 3 months
Phase 2: Execution & commercialization support
We execute the plan from Phase 1, focused on realizing your objectives. Deliverables vary by project and can include:
- Project development and internal stakeholder engagement
- Support securing non-dilutive project funding
- Project management and expert institutional navigation
- Clinical and usability validation studies (see the Research Bridge)
- Market-fit analysis and regulatory milestone support
- Navigating procurement pathways, from front-line clinical settings across our network to national channels like the CAN Health Network
- Value-differentiation and sales-strategy support for Canadian procurement
- Sales-lead generation and introductions
- Cost
- Hard costs vary by project and are funded through a mix of company funds and secured external funding, agreed in Phase 1. The bridge's value (time, expertise and access to the specific clinicians and care settings you need) is compensated through a mutually agreed non-monetary arrangement set during scoping.
- Typical timeline
- 6 months to 1 year
Resource & Partner Navigation

Funding and connections, without a full engagement. We help you find and access the funding opportunities and support organizations that can accelerate your growth, and we open the doors to them.
- Identify the non-dilutive and dilutive funding that fits your stage
- Map the programs, networks and service providers worth your time
- Warm introductions to funders, investors, health-care stakeholders and ecosystem partners
- Feedback on applications, pitch materials and funding narratives
- Strategic guidance on how to prioritize and sequence your outreach
Who it's for: Health-tech companies seeking funding and the partner connections to grow in Canadian health care. Delivered with support from FedDev Ontario, and run by our business development team.

Get the upside of new technology, not the downside risk
You want better tools for your patients and your teams, but every new technology carries risk. Will it work here? Will it fit how your people already work? Will it be worth the staff time and the budget? We take that risk down. CORE Innovation brings you technology already proven in care settings like yours, matched to a problem you've named, with funding to help you put it to use. You get the credit for moving first, without carrying the full downside if it doesn't land.
Is this side for you?
You're a physician, clinic group, healthcare provider, hospital, health region or network looking to:
- Bring a proven tool into your own practice without vetting or sourcing it alone
- Bring in proven innovation without building a risky pilot from scratch
- Solve a real clinical or operational problem you've already named
- Adopt technology that fits your workflow, not the other way around
- Use matched funding so budget isn't the reason you settle for the status quo
What you get
Vetted, ready-to-use technology
Tested in real care settings, not a sales demo.
A problem-first match
We start from your need, then find the fit.
Evidence you can defend
Clinical and usability data your board and procurement can trust.
Matched adoption funding
Financial support for deployments, so budget isn't the barrier.
Hands-on navigation
We support you through the deployment, not just make the introduction.
How adoption works
- 1
Tell us the problem you're trying to solve
- 2
We match a vetted solution and confirm the fit
- 3
We support the deployment with funding and navigation
You get a Hospital Success Manager
Not a queue, and not a sales rep. One named person who owns your deployment from the first conversation about the problem through to the day the technology is just part of a normal Tuesday.
- Our Hospital Success Managers come from inside hospitals: clinical practice leaders and health-innovation project managers who know what it takes for new technology to survive contact with a working ward.
- Yours handles the internal navigation, approvals and stakeholder alignment that usually stall a deployment, so your team doesn't absorb that work.
- They stay past go-live. A deployment isn't finished when it's installed; it's finished when people use it without being asked.

“Winning the CHEO Bears' Den is a great validation of the Hyivy health-tech product and will help us get it to more women. The whole interconnected ecosystem the CHEO Research Institute has built through CORE Innovation is incredible.”

One bridge
The same engine carries both sides
Whichever side you're on, you cross on the same infrastructure: the 8-80 regional network of health institutions, care settings validated with partners like CHEO and Bruyère, and matched adoption funding, with CORE doing the matching in the middle.
